Keith, you might want to check PollDesigner software. It’s free and if you don’t manage HTML or XHTML coding it will help you a lot. Just go to http://www.pollmaker.com/poll_designer.html and download it. Good luck.

I'm doing some research, putting together a website based online survey, and am in need of appropriate survey design software that is "student priced" and not excessively technical. or challenging to set up.  And I am certainly open to used software if anyone upgraded.
