I am looking for
reliable stats on the effectiveness of internet censorship in developing
countries. I am particularly interested in Saudi Arabia but could use
information on Singapore, China, and others. Any thoughts or suggestions
where one might find this info. Typical searches on Google have not been
as fruitful as usual.
