Hi AoIR Community,

We wanted to share a few reminders as we inch closer to AoIR2026 Mexico City:

• The Early Registration Rate is available until 1 August 2026. All presenting authors must be registered and paid by 1 August 2026 to be included in the program.
• Please be sure to book your hotel through our registration link, spaces are filling up fast: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/MEXHR/G-RR60 
• If you were accepted across three or more single-author submissions, regardless of the type of submission, you have three more days, until 20 June 2026, to confirm which submissions you're keeping. Please review your original acceptance email for more information. 
• As a reminder, scholars may present at most two works in total, counting papers, panels, roundtables, and all other submission types. You may remain a non-presenting author on the rest, so this affects only the submissions where you would present.
  
• Notifications for the doctoral colloquium will go out later this month. Acceptance is not included in the two-presentation limit above.
