Subject: [Air-l] Web-based or paper questionnaires

Hi,

I’m looking for previous work that has compared the use of Web-based questionnaires with paper-based ones in data collection for social science research. Particularly, do people answer in the same way or does the support make a difference? If anyone knows of work in this area, thank you in advance.
