Can people point me to any research on the way people actually use Wikipedia, as opposed to its content and governance issues?

This small study appeared in First Monday: http://www.firstmonday.org/issues/issue12_8/head/index.html It examines how students at a small, private liberal arts college do research and includes a discussion of Wikipedia. There is also this Pew report that focuses on Wikipedia exclusively: http://www.pewinternet.org/PPF/r/212/report_display.asp Hope this helps! Andrea On Tue, 18 Sep 2007 murrell@berkeley.edu wrote:
