This year, the “Internet Freedom: Present and Future” theme will promote exchange and collaboration between the scholarly and practitioner communities. In preparing their submissions, researchers should consider the following provocations: - What should practitioners from the various sectors represented at the Festival know from the scholarly literature? - What is the canon of Internet Freedom literature? In what ways is the canon being contested? - What is the cutting edge of scholarly research in this field? - How can this information best be conveyed to lay audiences?
