Dear all, Its not new but its very good: 20 years before Gibson wrote Neuromancer, Stanislaw Lem wrote in his book "Summa technologiae" about a concept he called "Phantomatik" which today could be described as "Cyberspace". Lem wrote a couple of novels including "Der futurologische Kongress", 1974; or "Transfer", 1976; a selection of parts of his novels with the special topic virtuality can be found in: "Die Endeckung der Virtualität", 1996.
