Hello, We have a position available in systems & security engineering at the University of Cambridge. The role is to work on technical means that assist systems/data security, privacy, trust, audit, explainability, management and control in distributed environments (such as the Internet of Things, automated/ML-driven systems, etc). The position is part of the Compliant & Accountable Systems group, an interdisciplinary research team that looks at better aligning technology with legal concerns. From the technical aspect this includes designing and building mechanisms for improving transparency, trust and control. The deadline is the 28th January, 2019.
