Dear all, hi (apologies for potential cross-posting) I hope you are well and having a great summer. I am emailing you to kindly ask that you distribute the position description (see below) for a post-doctoral position for my ERC Consolidator. As before (and thank you!), I would greatly appreciate it if you could please forward this call below to as many contacts, students, listserves, social media, etc. as you can. I want to maximize the chances that there will be interest. The position is for 2 or 3 years, flexible start and location, and with a high salary. Thank you so much in advance for sharing it with your contacts (current / recent graduates? Any folks that didn’t make the cut for positions/openings you had?) Have a great day and i look forward to seeing you all hopefully soon 😊 *** Competition for a Postdoc for the ERC research project (Computer Science, Computational Social Science / Application deadline: 15 August 2026) https://cess.idub.uw.edu.pl/en/2026/07/new-job-opening-assistant-professor-i... Are you an expert in computational social science or computer science? Do you specialize in ML or LLMs, software development, and innovative online experiments? Are you interested in social media, their recommendation algorithms, polarization, and misinformation? We invite applications for the position of a post-doctoral researcher at the Centre of Excellence in Social Sciences, University of Warsaw for the ERC NEWSUSE project (PI Magdalena Wojcieszak).
