Smuha (KU Leuven) to present her latest research on “the threat of algorithmic rule by law: why the EU's regulation of public sector AI falls short of its purpose”. In this seminar, Prof. Nathalie Smuha will argue that there is a significant misalignment between the EU's digital agenda and its rule of law agenda, which urgently needs to be addressed if we wish to counter the threat of algorithmic rule by law.
