The idea of "social graph" is a classic in social sciences. Moreno developed the idea and instrument of "sociogram" in the middle ´30s. Think many members of this list can add more data about it. I was wondering if anyone knew the origins of the phrase "social graph". Despite Wikipedia's claims, I doubt that Mark Zuckerberg coined the term in May 2007. Just a hunch.
