Please see below for Welsh version.* Symposium jointly hosted by Aberystwyth University and the National Library of Wales Venue: National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth Date: 6th September 2012 Privacy, Security and Forensics in the Digital Age This event aims to explore the boundaries of public and private in the digital ecology and includes contributions from a diverse range of fields including forensics, security, law, information science and archival science. Presentations will focus on privacy within the context of the challenges it raises for social and mobile media, cyber security and cloud forensics. It will be very much an interdisciplinary event, with opportunities to explore areas of convergence and divergence. Participants will have the chance to consider collaborative approaches to the increasing challenges of defining legal boundaries, use/misuse of technological capabilities and changes in popular perceptions of what constitutes public and private.
