Special JeDEM Issue on eParticipation
Hi all I thought this might be of interest. (Full disclosure, I have a paper on the BBC's attempts to set up an online civic commons in this issue) The Special Issue on eParticipation of JeDEM - the Journal of eDemocracy and Open Goverment - has just been published. This issue summarises existing evidence and introduces some authoritative viewpoints on a theme that is gaining relevance and furthering discussion among theorists and practitioners alike. It can be found here: http://www.jedem.org/issue/view/3 JeDEM aims to bridge innovative, insightful and stimulating research, testing and findings with practice and the work conducted by governments, NPOs, NGOs and professionals. The journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal, with papers available under a Creative Commons license.
