An official report is now available OFFICIAL REPORT <https://archive.org/download/ccaoi-telecom_202507/ccaoi-telecom.EN.REPORT.pdf> It concludes that there has been insufficient stakeholder consultation, and proposes that the Ministry issue a revised draft and reopen the consultation process to enable more inclusive and representative feedback before the finalization of the rules.
