Hi, I am looking for literature that deals with building online communities in light of web2.0. I would be especially interested in market entry strategies - viral marketing, building community's critical mass, etc. Can you suggest anything valuable? Of course I prefer free resources (+elsevier) but a good book or two would be fine as well. Kind Regards, Maciej
Hello Maciej, you may find useful the following article of Guy Kawasaki (former evangelist of Apple and the creator of Truemors.com) http://blog.guykawasaki.com/2006/02/the_art_of_crea.html There are a lot of supplementary links after the article, so I hope, that it will be enough. Best wishes, Alexander. 2007/6/18, Maciej Kos <kos@gnu.univ.gda.pl>:
