Does anyone know of articles from refeered journals that discusses the topic "government 2.0"? I've seen it a lot in blogs and government web pages, but I haven't had much luck finding academic writing about it. As I am comparing "2.0" use (I need a good definition for 2.0-technologies as well...) in democracy and public service delivery, It'd be good to have an umbrella term rather than constantly haveing to write "participation and public service delivery"...
