Dear Friends, Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried many services on the internet. And almost all of them are limited by: 1. the 3200 limits 2. the "no past archive" limits. Both of these rules are imposed by twitter. I was just refferred by a fine internet researcher to a new, not yet operable, service titled Historics which is part of Datasift. It is the best option so far since it has a license to collect data from twitter's full hose. Thank you everyone for your suggestions.
