We invite manuscripts that explore community journalism – that is, newswork based on local, grassroots topics and for local, grassroots audiences – during this incredible transformation. This special issue will thread all of its works by the theme of change – change in community, change in the press, change in audiences, change in community story, and change in mediated forms and platforms. *Read the full call for papers here*<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asW8336IemhJ95XHzOHkUX3D> .**** If you would like to read this special issue when it is published online, register to receive table of contents alerts<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asW8pxeitKMIXHYMrLh8669M>for *Journalism Practice*.**** [image: Theology and Science]<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asW8M1lSJ9hIMjZRjHQVhffV> **** ** ** *Digital Journalism <http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asW98vtsYxMIAW0WbEqIsom4>: Special Issue Call for Papers** *Theories of Journalism in a Digital Age Guest Editors: Steen Steensen and Laura Ahva**** *Submission Deadlines:* Abstract (no more than 500 words): 15 January 2013 Final submission to guest editors: 31 January 2014 Publication: Late 2014 / Early 2015**** This special issue of *Digital Journalism* welcomes contributions that reassess theories of journalism related to digitalization and the normative assumptions underpinning most of journalism studies, especially regarding the relationship between journalism and democracy. Although this call for papers takes processes of digitalization as its starting point, the special issue does not intend to promote deterministic theories. Contributions that critically question the assumed causal relationship between digital technologies and the changing practices and cultures of journalism are welcomed. *Read the full call for papers here<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asW9uZB3dWhIpy213B0vDxsd> *.**** If you would like to read this special issue when it is published online, register to receive table of contents alerts<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asW9RtIDtkMIea35VxAiOGym>for * Digital Journalism*.**** [image: Theology and Science]<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asWadXQdIJhI2M4aNua5ZPEv> **** ** ** [image: Routledge logo]**** **** **** To add our domain to your safe senders list, please click here http://tandf.msgfocus.com/n/11x4tYsd4sc2zTYh **** If you would like to view this email online please click here http://tandf.msgfocus.com/q/11x4tYsd4sc2zTYh/wv**** You have received this email as you have previously published in either *Journalism Studies* or *Journalism Practice*.**** <http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asWaArXNY7MHRo5fFqJTaYKE>**[image: eUpdates logo] <http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asWaArXNY7MHRo5fFqJTaYKE>**<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asWaArXNY7MHRo5fFqJTaYKE>If you would like to receive regular *eUpdates* from the Taylor & Francis Group on books, journals and other news within your areas of interest, please register your email address<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asWfiLypcghFtmjgYIfcvT2x> .**** Set up *content alerts* simply by clicking on the *Alert me* link on the publication pages at www.tandfonline.com<http://tandf.msgfocus.com/c/1asWfFfFZrEMFhYklQEOZH28G> **** You will be able to update your details or unsubscribe at any time.
