I have been developing internet research tools for over ten years and comes out of my work on context. My tools encompass AI, the use of multiple nomenclatures at the same time, polling multiple sources, and KM. I have also developed a non Boolean method of managing records, which is both easy and accurate. I was wondering what other tools and needs people had in the DC area. So I propose an informal get together in the DC area. Anyone interested? _
