In my cell phone research, I am comparing US and HongKong - looking at non users, and users; Also I am comparing India and US on similar dimensions. My research focus is on differential utlity ( uses and gratifications) and diffusion theory. I will be posting my preliminary findings early next week on the list serve for anyone who is interested.
