Hello everyone, Can anybody recommend a good source (academic or journalism) about the long dispute between NYC and Verizon over FiOS? It's been a couple of years since I last heard about the lawsuit ( https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2017/03/nyc-sues-verizon-alleges-failure...), which I suppose is still ongoing, but has anyone written this up as a good long-form piece or academic case study? I'm writing about public-private partnerships for broadband and this suddenly became relevant. Much appreciated, Mike Zajko
