Professor of Public Policy Professor of Public Policy. Rank open, tenure track position, to start August 2004. The School of Public Policy at Georgia Institute of Technology seeks applications and nominations for a professor to contribute to graduate teaching in economics or quantitative methods. We encourage applicants with research interests in environmental politics or policy, information and telecommunication policy, or urban and regional economic development policy, and whose interests align generally with the School's focus on policy issues characterized by their scientific and technological content. The Georgia Tech School of Public Policy offers BS, MS, and Ph.D. degrees in public policy. The School also offers certificates and minors in Pre-law and Legal studies, and in Philosophy, Science and Technology. The School's faculty hold degrees in a wide variety of disciplines and interdisciplinary areas, including economics, engineering, sociology, law, philosophy, political science, public policy analysis and public administration. The Search Committee will begin screening candidates immediately; applications are encouraged by December 1, and will continue to be reviewed until an appropriate candidate is found.
