I think the list is functioning marvellously as an Internet list under close scrutiny, very close scrutiny, by an international academic (and a global religious) scholarly community not used to the world of distributed electronic media and communications. Except, of course, for all of the 'displacement threads', though they are kind of interesting... I see someone in Waterloo Ontario, possibly of baptist leanings (?), has come up with the expression 'brain fart' for freedom of expression and a new, if possibly contingent, list of rules. Lets keep those Catholics out, eh? Quick, a new list of rules before we get any of that excessive, sensual, Latin Baroque appears. Please address the issues at hand, regarding Ethics and the Law.
