Article/Paper reference organisational software
I would vote for Zotero. What drew me to it originally was that as an open platform you can also export data easily, which is not the case with EndNote. It's very useful for storing webpages and tagging them, attaching notes, etc. You can store everything on your computer (which I prefer) but there's also an online storage facility.
