Internet as Political Tools : Indramayu Farmers going online
Dear AOIR members, I've been helping farmers in producing blog sites on their achievement of their modern-local sciences practicess of Farmer Field School. The awareness of a political significants media such as internet are the implications of their capacitiy to connected through wide range networks of academicians. the precedents of this actions are the collaborations productions of Bisa Dewek Documentary film between department of anthropology university of Indonesia and IPPHTI (*Ikatan petani Pengendalian Hama Terpadu Indonesia)*. It is interesting that internet are being used as political vehicles, the use and the interpretations of internet media are becaming political to gain funds and national/international acknowledgement of their knowledge development in their activity. the blog sites are, IPPHTI-Indramayu.Blogspot.com.
