Aging by Design September 27 & 28, 2004 Bentley College, Waltham, MA You are invited to attend Aging by Design, a two-day conference exploring the intersection of the rapidly-growing aging population and the world of business and technology. Conference topics will explore how technology plays a role in issues that affect older adults, such as caregiving, aging in place, computer access and usability, and more. Speakers and panelists will offer a variety of forums and opportunities to learn more about this expanding area. Speakers represent some of the leading organizations in academia, business, government and design, including The Georgia Institute of Technology, MIT, Fidelity Investments, Center for Aging Services Technologies, Government Services Administration (GSA), IDEO, TIAX and more. If you are interested in the development of useful designs, research or marketing of usable services and products for the rapidly-growing aging population, you'll want to join us for Aging by Design, as we investigate the broader design requirements of this important population - as well as the challenges and opportunities these requirements present. This event is co-sponsored by AARP and Bentley College. Please see http://www.bentley.edu/events/agingbydesign2004 for more information or to register.
