Each year, it attracts a great number of participants from more than 60 countries representing all continents, and acts as a forum for knowledge sharing and transfer across cultures. 
The past mLearn conferences were held in the UK, Italy, Australia, South Africa, Canada, the USA, and Malta ( http://www.iamlearn.org/resources/). It is the first time that mLearn comes to East Asia. This tenth annual conference will be hosted by Beijing Normal University (http://www.bnu.edu.cn/eng/) in collaboration with IAMLearn – the International Association for Mobile Learning (http://www.iamlearn.org/). *CONFERENCE THEME: Mobile and Contextual Learning: Culture and Change**
*** The conference aims to stimulate critical debate on and research into theories, approaches, and applications of mobile and contextual learning; to bring together researchers and practitioners from all over the world to share their knowledge, experience and research in the field of mobile learning; and to create dialogue and networking for knowledge sharing and transfer across the globe.
The conference is now open for submission, and we welcome contributions from academic researchers, developers, professionals, practitioners, and educators from school education, higher education, industry, government, international organisations, etc. *Submissions are invited for:**
