Developed by Paul Gingspar then of the Los Alamos Nattional Laboratory and now of Cornell University, arXiv.org provides "Open Access to 534,588 e-prints in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Quantitative Biology, Quantitative Finance and Statistics."
