Further contributions are welcome. No need to be an expert in the measurement of information society. As citizens or scholars all those concerned with ICT policies do have a stake at the way needs, programs and results are presented through statistics, indicators and other measurements. Those interested to attend should send as soon as possible a summary of a position statement to the undersigned. Registration for the workshop should be made as part of the registration for the conference. The listerv of the chapter for will be used for discussions in preparation for the workshop.
