Hi Sarah, I use adobe acrobat 9.0 Pro and can archive a page or whole website easily..use the create PDF from web page menu ..you can then put all the pages into collections or portfolio and combine your research. wget for unix/macs or httrack for pcs and devonthinkpro for macs there are several good books by AoIR members on web archiving also. Niels Brugger's free online book comes to mind. If you want to preserve your archives for other researchers, look there.
