CFP: Designing Badge Systems
Greetings all, Yes, it's another CFP for the Badges for Lifelong Learning Competition. This time, the call is for Stage Two of the Teacher Mastery and Feedback Badge Competition. If you learn well by watching what others have done, take a look at the proposals that were recently submitted for Stage Two of the Badges Competition<http://dmlcompetition.net/Competition/4/badges-projects.php?group=dmlc-4b2>. Keep in mind that these are submissions, not winners -- but perhaps these examples will help get your creative problem-solving processes going. Who might be interested in applying? Folks from learning sciences, information science, information systems, computer science, iSchools, education, human-computer interaction, new media artistis, game designers, people who like to code or build things, people who want to shake things up, hackers, tinkerers, thinkers, makers, doers. People who want to change things, and don't mind creating a whole new area of research for the rest of us to explore. *What it will take:* 1500 words or less, submitted by February 3, 2012.
