Dear Charles, The airport shuttle is in Belgium in Bruxelles !(+32 13-66-65-50) That's why they have asked 130 euros to pick up in Maastricht...: ) Maastricht has a small airport. There are several taxi outside, no problem to find one. It is possible to make a reservation at +31-(0)43 - 363 3333. To go to downtown they charge approximately 20-30 euros, depending on location.
