While these can be dismissed or reported as spam, what enables them in the first place is a, I guess, new FB feature called '*Guest Chat*', where anyone can anonymously message a page. To get rid of these once and for all, the only solution is to disable the feature.

My method is

1) login to your Chapter page 2) https://business.facebook.com/latest/inbox/settings/chat_plugin 3) click'*Customize Your Chat Plugin* 4) toggle off *Guest Chat* 5) click *Publish* in the bottom right
