Mobile Survey Technologies
Hello, I am looking for a web-based technology (in other words, a technology that does NOT require downloading an application) that can be used to create surveys that are accessible using cross-platform mobile devices (smartphones; iPhone/Android, tablet computer, etc.). If you know of any or have used any that you found to be particularly user-friendly and useful, will you please share them? In addition, if you know of any studies/papers that speak to the pros/cons of doing mobile survey research I would appreciate the reference as well. Thanks in advance! -- Best Regards, Kayla D. Survey Monkey as a web-based technology and optimized for most browsers, and as such is then also cross-platform because most mobile devices also have a web browser. http://help2.surveymonkey.com/articles/en_US/SurveyMonkeyArticleType/Can-the... They do have specific suggestions however on how to build your survey to better optimize for mobile users (less hard-to-scale matrix questions, etc.) Let us know the key insights gained from your research using mobile surveys? I, for one, am interested in how it turns out. Cheers, Sharon @SharonG On Dec 6, 2012, at 1:55 PM, Kayla D. Hales wrote:
