Well, the Arabic version of the Al Jazeera was up and running this morning from France. DNS resolution is still rather unreliable, as is the routing... right now the routing runs through Berlin and stops there, whereas this morning it went straight to Paris and on to the webserver (which seemed okay, if a bit slow).
