ECIW '04 University of London, UK 28-29 June 2004 This is the first call for papers for the 3rd European Conference on Information Warfare 2004, to be held at the University of London, UK, on 28-29 June 2004. Topics may include, but are not limited to, e-Intelligence/counter-intelligence, Perception management, Information warfare theory, Electro-magnetic pulse weapons, Information, computer and network security, Cryptography, Physical security, Security policy, Information warfare policy, Information warfare techniques, Hacking, Infra-structure warfare, National security policy, Corporate defence mechanisms, Security for small to medium enterprises, Cyber Terrorism, Ethical, Political and Social Issues relating to Information Warfare, Information warfare and security education, Legal issues concerned with information warfare and e-Crime, Cyber-terrorism. In addition to multiple streams of papers, the conference committee are inviting proposals for workshops and tutorials on topics related to Information Warfare and research methods applicable to this field. Submission Details Abstract details: The Abstract should be a minimum of 100 and no more than 500 words including keywords to be received by 8 January 2004 Abstracts have to include the proposed title for the paper, the full names, addresses and email addresses of all authors and a telephone number for at least one contact author.
