The Pew Internet & American Life Project is surveying people about the future of the internet and we would very much like to include your views in our research. The idea for this project grew out of work we did with Elon University to develop a database of over 4,000 predictions about the impact of the internet made by experts during the period between 1990 and 1995. Now we are conducting a web-based survey about the impact the internet might have in the next decade. We are canvassing many of the people whose predictions are included in the original 1990-1995 database—and we are soliciting predictions from other experts who have established themselves in recent years as thoughtful analysts.
