Is there a resource/provider using AI augmented translation strategies?

I am working with an NGO partner interested in translating a set of documents into multiple languages.

They are reluctant to use a fully automated tool like Google Translate but don't have a budget for fully human translation.

Any resources/suggestions would be appreciated.
