We're offering complimentary tickets to all our volunteers for both days of the conference. In exchange for a couple of hours of work, we offer volunteers a complimentary ticket to the conference. We are seeking volunteers to help us in the following tasks. We have divided each task to a maximum of two hours blocks. Each volunteer can take the responsibility for one or more blocks, across different tasks. - Chat & Help Facilitators -- Monitors the main chat room -- Copy pastes information on sessions starting, links to sponsor rooms -- Monitors the help chat channel and helps the participants with technical issues -- Fun polls, etc. throughout the day also possible if desired - Q&A Facilitator for the Main and In-Depth Stage: -- Monitors incoming questions in the chat -- helps speakers know which one(s) to answer -- Groups questions together as needed The conference will be held 8:30-14:30 on Friday and 9:30-14:30 on Saturday Eastern Time.
