For the PC, HyperCam worked quite well for me. http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/index.asp For the Mac, I used SnapZ Pro from Ambrosia, but it was a very bad experience. (They may have improved the program since two years ago so it may be worth trying out.) I certainly recommend a trial run of more than just a few seconds (ideally the entire length) of what you will want to use it for before using it in the study situation.
