It also aims to contribute to the reduction of economic and social disparities in the EEA and to strengthen bilateral relations between the Donor States and the Beneficiary States. Thematic areas: Good governance; Environmental considerations; Economic sustainability; Social sustainability; Gender equality The minimum/maximum duration of projects are 12/18 months. Eligible applicants are legal NGOs established in Spain and operating in the public interest. Nominees may be nationals of any country! Areas of accomplishment may include, but are certainly not limited to: Art, Science, Medicine, the Environment, Humanities, Business, Economics, Law, Public Policy, Social Services, Religion, Ethics, and projects which cross these boundaries. The program will make a special effort to seek nominations of individuals who work in areas that may not have been traditionally viewed as directly connected to social justice, & who are not widely known outside their immediate community or field. The increasing diversity of ICTs and their equally diverse applications in different domains of human life are posing a lot of questions every moment. We are especially inviting participation from students who are at the stage of preparing their doctoral or masters' theses qualifications as well as activists, government officials, practitioners, NGO and aid agency workers to participate in the summer school to share experiences and learn from each other. The school is interactive in character, and is composed of keynote lectures, tutorials and workshops with the presentations from young researchers.
