....s that the opening presentations were actually a bit too long, even at only 10 minutes apiece or so. Since most people will have seen this exchange (and maybe it would be possible even to encourage people to read it beforehand if not?), I would encourage even shorter opening statements or facilitating questions, and then open discussion.
