Invitation (CfP) to HICSS-57 minitrack: Biometrics in Product and Service Design
Dear Colleagues, We are excited to announce the Minitrack on "Biometrics in Product and Service Design", which is part of the "Decision Analytics and Service Science" track at the HICSS-57 conference. This minitrack aims to present and discuss the latest research related to biometric and behavioral data analytics in product and service design. Over the last five years, there has been a rapid development in analytical methods and data gathering strategies, promising significant advances in the field. We welcome research using various measurement methods, including classical biometric data and behavioral data. The minitrack is open to academic and applied/business analytics, focusing on the methodology of data gathering and integration. We also focus on analytical approaches leading to the improvement of products, services, and processes, and the conceptualization of research questions, which are usually innovative and exploratory. A list of topics for the minitrack includes mobile applications design, digital games, digital service design, enterprise software design, advertising and content marketing reception, user interface design, and more.
