I usually use Abe.com - http://www.abe.com/ - for used, O/P, and antiquarian books, and they rarely fail me (as they are the website for 100's of used booksellers in the English-speaking countries). Unfortunately, a search does not produce your title, however you might want to put it on their "wish list". Apparently the book is out of print and despite much searching in book shops and elsewhere I just can't get old of a copy to buy. If you happen to have a spare copy that I could buy from you (of course I'll pay postage too) please contact me off list. I know its a long shot but...
