Dear all,
I'm currently gathering material for a small project on how the problem of anonymous online commenting in Estonian online newsmedia sites has been perceived among media enterprises, government, users etc. I am also mapping possible solutions that have been put forward (no satisfying one has been found so far). My search for other similar works has so far been in vain so I'd be very grateful if you could direct me to some relevant resources (i.e. similar case studies, appropriate theorizations on the topic).
Thanks, Laur Kanger
