Jonathan, whilst I published that list of stats for fun it wouldnt surprise me if "help" was a significant legitimate result. Obviously it appears high up the list in a Google search since its mentioned somewhere on most opening web pages but it would, I would imagine, get a fair share of action from users trying to work their way around a site or trying to get more info. Anyhow, it would make an eye catching title for a paper - "Help - who needs it?" "Business" was the surprising entry on the list for me and I was amazed "god" has so few entries - obviously internet users are too interested in making money, using it to pursue sex and then seeking help, but not from a "god" :-) see ya Eero Tarik
