Most so-calld quotes on the internet arent verifiable. Just went thru that again today with the alleged Hemingway, "All first drafts are shit." (Yes, I know there is a quote with "shit" in it, but it's quite different)

And whoever said hashtags are useless doesn't grok their usefulness for:

#conferences, such as #ica-12

#ironic statements.

Speaking of which, the International Communication Association is awarding a prize to the best #ica12 tweet by Fri nite. The prize: Me! More exactly, "coffee with Barry" on Saturday + a signed copy of our Networked book.

I swear I didn't set this up.
