SPECIAL FORUM - IT TRAINING AND EDUCATION FORUM The West African IT Training and Education Forum will run concurrently with the 6th AITEC West African Computing and Telecommunication Conference and Exhibition. The forum will among other objectives brainstorm on a wide range of issues pertaining to the enhancement of IT training and education at all levels in both formal and informal educational system of West African states.
Submission Guidelines: Please email paper abstracts of not more than 400 words by 28th January 2002 They should include: the session title, proposed presentation, presentation title, author's name, institution, address, telephone, e- mail and URL.
Abstracts should be e-mailed to kwami@aitecafrica.com indicating the author's last name in the title of the message.
The abstracts will be evaluated by the Organising Committee. The Conference Co-od Office will communicate the results of the evaluation by 25th February 2002.
Languages:
Abstracts and papers may be written in any of the AITEC WEST AFRICA 2002 official languages: English and French.
DATES TO REMEMBER
28 January 2002: Deadline for receipt of abstracts. 25 February March 2002: Communication to authors regarding the approval of the proposed submissions. 2 April 2002: Deadline for the submission of papers. 16-17 May 2002 : conference date
