Hi Denise Each presentation room will have: An Apple laptop, (there will be a couple of PC laptops available but access to these is limited) PC and Apple connecting cables Data projector Overhead projector Amps where necessary (big rooms) Video I would bring transparencies in case of emergancies...... Yes, the answer was posted by Kate O'Riordan a couple of days ago. Basically, the answer is that unfortunately there will not be a special conference rate at any hotels as this conference will be located at a university, not within a major hotel.
