In order to create a greater equality between general submissions and those intended for the two specific panels (one co-chaired by Susan Herring and Brenda Danet, and the second chaired by Michel Minou), we have decided to push back the deadline for _all_ submissions to CATaC'04 as follows: All papers (full - 10-20 formatted pages, short - 3-5 formatted pages) due: 1 February 2004. Please also note that _short papers_ (_not_ extended abstracts) are now required for the Herring and Danet panel on the Multi-lingual Internet.
